Compensation: CTC: ₹8LPA -₹11.5LPA per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong GL Experience with department level accounting for India and US ledgers

  • Responsible for performing the day- to-day general ledger accounting, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas

  • Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas
  • Responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close for assigned functional areas
  • Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.
  • Prepare all Financial Reporting requirements package.
  • Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules
  • Prepare journal entries related to assigned functional responsibilities
  • Prepare foreign currency transactions analysis and its impact on financial results.
  • Prepare reporting packages: DCP; Corporate; Tax; GST filings/audits, where applicable; Audit Engagement Schedules.
  • Calculate withholding tax receipts for Corporate Tax.
  • Adherence to Statutory requirements and timely remedial responses to internal audit /compliance teams, as and when required including but not limited to annual audit.
  • Assisting the supervisor in seamless management of the above deliverables and client support.
  • Sound understanding of P2P, O2C & R2R, with special emphasis on P2P. Strong communication and client relationship management.
  • Technically sound, with hands on multiple reporting and accounting applications/systems MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP any ERP environment
  • Should be able to work on ad-hoc/immediate requirements with team driven culture

Qualifications

  • CA or ICWA with 1 to 3 years of experience OR
  • M.Com/MBA (Finance) 5 to 6+ year of experience
