TSI offers competitive pay structures with recognition for performance. TSI also partners with DailyPay through ADP! This is a voluntary benefit that allows employees the choice to enroll and receive pay for hours worked prior to our scheduled payday. DailyPay gives you the ability to access your pay when you need it by allowing you to track and transfer your earnings on your own schedule.

TSI offers paid time off, paid holidays and great benefits - healthcare, dental and vision coverage as part of our standard benefits package (including pre-existing conditions). We also support retirement planning through a 401(k)-profit sharing plan.

TSI also promotes physical wellness at our in-office locations! Many of our offices are equipped with lunchroom activities such as Foosball, Ping-Pong tables, and game rooms. Some of our offices are also equipped with in-office gyms as well as fully stocked snack and break rooms.
